The Role
Our Client is seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager for this 6,000 member club to be the right hand person to the Fitness Manager. You will carry out 30 hours as an Assistant Fitness Manager and 10 hours as a personal trainer, where you will be paid a flat rate. As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will be expected to carry out inductions, supervisor the gym floors, deputise in the absence of the Fitness Manager, manage the gym staff and deliver an excellent service that the members have come to expect.
The Person
We require a fitness professional that has an impressive track record in the fitness industry. This is a role which would suit a candidate who is either currently a Fitness Manager of a small club looking to get a foot in the door with a big operator, or an existing supervisor of a big site. seeking a new challenge. Initially, you would need to prove yourself with a long term view of progressing. Candidates must have REP's level 3 qualifications and ample experience on the gym floor and in personal training. Drive and professionalism are key traits that our Client seeks, therefore should be obviously clear.
Candidates must be able to drive for this opportunity, due to its location.
The Benefits
Salary: GBP13,500 for 30 hours as Assistant Fitness Manager and GBP23 per personal training session. Excellent opportunities to grow with the business
