Comprising of 410 room including 12 signature suites, conference & meeting rooms, London's largest private theatre, the popular Mayfair Bar, and The Amba Fine Dining Restaurant & Bar, this is a hotel London cannot surpass.
We are currently recruiting for Commis and Demi Chef de Partie Pastry Chefs to join the Kitchen brigade at the May Fair Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry and have at least 6 months experience working in a kitchen of a similar calibre and be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of pastry recipe's and skills. The role will involve assisting in the preparation of all desserts, breads and pastries, under the guidance and supervision of the Pastry Chef. You will be expected to work to all Health and Safety Guidelines as set by the Head Chef.
