The Hare and Hounds is a lovely, food orientated destination pub/restaurant situated in Osterley, West London, with Osterley tube station on the Piccadilly line connecting to central London.
We have recently undergone a major refurbishment, including a complete review of the food offer, emphasising fresh produce and high quality ingredients, with daily specials focusing on fresh fish dishes.
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team, starting immediately if possible. The role includes being able to create your own tasty specials, place stock orders and take deliveries, as well as general kitchen duties. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, to interact effectively with the team.
Positions are also available for Chef De Partie and Commis chefs.
