The property has 29 elegantly designed bedrooms, a stunning cocktail bar and lounge and a charming dining area. The F&B; operation in this establishment concentrates mostly on room service and bar snacks. We have a promising new position for a reliable and dedicated chef.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of HACCP and will have experience in creating, costing and preparing new menus. You should also have some experience leading a small team. You must have the ability to display a talent for cooking a variety of cuisine, especially classical.
