Cook Chef

We are a busy Gasto cafe in Blackfriars and we are looking for a new chef to start in March.
We open Monday to Friday from 8 o'clock. Shift starts 7am
We need someone with a passion for cooking and a particular flair for cooking cakes and pastry. We need someone who is self motivated and takes a pride in what they cook. You need to be responsible with good English and the ability to work with a good small team.
Qualifications are not essential but passion is crucial.
We are very proud of what we produce. We change the menu daily and use fresh ingredients using many of the suppliers from Borough Market.
