SENIOR SOUS CHEF REQUIRED - We're looking for an experienced chef to lead our kitchen in Clerkenwell, London. Oriental/wok experience a real advantage. Immediate start.
Pho is expanding and we 're seeking an experienced senior sous chef to take over the reigns at our very successful Clerkenwell site. We're looking for a passionate, ambitious chef that wants to build a successful career. Previous experience in our menu is not essential though previous Asian/Oriental experience could be an advantage.
Pho is London's 1st and only specialist Vietnamese street food restaurant serving delicious, healthy and authentic dishes. Our 1st restaurant opened in Clerkenwell in 2005 and due to its popularity a 2nd site is opening just north of Oxford Street in March. We're an English owned restaurant and we're extremely passionate about our food and restaurant. Unlike traditional Vietnamese restaurants we have a small menu; focussing on quality and in house preparation to our established recipes. We use only fresh, high quality ingredients for our dishes and aim to specialise.

Salary ranges from GBP 20,000 to GBP25,000 depending on experience.
