Lord s Cricket Club require Seasonal Chef de Partie s Pastry
We are a Chef Recruitment Agency recruiting 30 chefs to work over the Summer Cricket season at Lord's Cricket Club “The Home of international Cricket” for 4-5 months!
You will need to have preferably experience in High End Event Work, strong culinary knowledge, with a balance of attention to detail and high volume.
Sounds difficult to balance the two; but the standards have never been higher; every thing possible will be sourced in fresh from the best U K ingredients possible.
The kitchens have been refitted earlier this year to very high standards with some of the latest and best equipment.
So we are obviously looking for the best candidates possible this Season to work in the following areas:
●Banqueting
●Pastry
●Restaurants/Gastro bar- fine dining
●Main kitchen
●Larder
●Carvery
●Hot kitchen
Your will also need smart pressed whites, skull cap, butcher's apron, safety shoes, a clean knives.
A professional attitude, ready to work and excellent timekeeping!
If you want this amazing opportunity to work in some of the most Striking and Beautiful surroundings from late April/May until the end of August, we will be looking at C.v's and arranging interviews at the earliest convenient times.
The head chef will then be doing a briefing and trial day for all successful chefs.
We also have numerous flexible casual positions in Top Restaurants, Events, Hotels and Sporting Events to start immediately
