Junior Sous Chef Required GBP21k
Junior Sous Chef required for immediate employment at an established East End Modern British bistro style restaurant in Shoreditch / Hackney borders.
You will be a trained chef with experience of a busy kitchen, preferably in London. Daily tasks will involve prep, organising stock, and working on service. As a key part of our small team much of your time will be spent working on the grill and sauce sections.
You should be a passionate and enthusiastic chef with a desire to succeed and a good eye for detail.

Pay is negotiable and above industry average.
Mainly evening and weekend work.
