Lead Chef Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a young enthusiastic Chef probably acting in a support role who is ready to step up to take overall control of our busy Historic and Traditional Public House Restuarant Kitchen.
You will be passionate and with plenty of flair and ambition to explore daily specials as well as delivering Top Quality through our Traditional English Menu. Good Spoken and Written English is vital as is a positive attitude and ability to take charge of ALL aspects of Kitchen Management currently at a High Standard. A willingness to manage others together with excellent timekeeping high personal standards and a desire to excell in all areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop in a unique environment. We are in the heart of Knightsbridge just three minutes walk from Hyde Park Tube Station.
