Duties:
*Preparing reports for the Healthcare Commission.
*Minute Taking - accurate and concluding outcomes
*Auditing different projects throughout the Trust
*Taking Field enquiries on the phone
*Creating Presentations/Reports on each project/audit
Need to have previous health service experience ideally in Governance, Risk Management, Claims and Complaints and Audits.
Requirements:
*Candidates must have a Secretarial/PA and a medical background, as this would be of an advantage.
*Medical Terminology is not essential however it would be helpful.
*A fast and accurate typing speed is important as well as Audio Typing skills.
*Candidates must be a confident user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as this role will require organisation and the putting together of important reports, medical letters and additional information.
We are looking for Candidates to start ASAP and be able to commit to a minimum of 3 month period. The rate of pay is as follows GBP11.77 basic rate per hour, Holiday pay is calculated as GBP10.68ph rate and GBP1.09ph holiday pay.
