Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist
I am working on behalf of an established major UK architectural practice based in Central London with a national portfolio of projects to find a Senior Architectural Technician. They are particularly interested in candidates who have had previous experience of having worked on either education or healthcare projects.
Projects are both UK and internationally based and vary in size and complexity. A Technician with a good knowledge of the British Building Regulations and proficiency using AutoCAD should apply now. You will be expected to be competent working from RIBA stage D onwards.
This is initially a contract role, expected to last for 3 months where your skills and team fit we be assessed. The offer of permanent employment will then be given should that be of interest. Similarly, an ongoing contract will also be offered should that be preferred.
