Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client was established in the late 1990's and are a focused Quantity Surveying practice, who provide construction cost and consultancy advice to clients and contractors. The size of projects they cover varies, any size projects up to the value of GBP100m.
They work in the building and civil engineering sectors for customers, mainly in London and the home counties. They pride themselves as providing the best service and drive to exceed expectations on every occasion. They also have a great reputation in the market, with all of their work coming from recommendation.
They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the busy team of 8 consultants. The Successful candidate will support the owner of the company and play a key role in developing relationships with new and existing customers. You will have fantastic core Quantity Surveying skills, flexibility, the ability to adapt to new situations and have great time management skills. You will be required to lead by example and be versatile, able to help with other consultants at all levels of workload.
