Job Title: PA to FD & Fundraising Director - starting ASAP

Rate: GBP9-10 ph
Duration 2-8 weeks
Our client, a medium sized charity, is looking for temporary PA to support to two directors
Duties include;
- Diary management
- Drafting letters
- Notes/ minute taking
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with expenses
- Chasing progress of various projects
- General administration
We are looking for someone who can ‘hit the ground running', someone who can work on their own, is proactive, cheery and friendly at all times
This job is starting straight away and expected to last at least two weeks. There is a very high probability that this assignment would lat for a further 2 months. You will need to attend an interview in Holborn, central London.
