Office assistant
We are a manufacturers of specialist furniture and joinery employing fourteen staff, and are looking for a full-time (30hrs per week min) office assistant with bookkeeping experience to assist the two company partners in the management of the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include;
Administering the purchase and payroll accounts using MYOB software, updating bank reconciliations and managing petty cash. Managing staff records, ordering supplies, answering phones, receiving couriers and visitors, and some secretarial work.
Full time salary from 18k pa depending on experience.
