Our restaurant offers a unique dining experience to all our clients with a split level layout and “two restaurants in one” offering Mediterranean food with an Asian twist. We also have a busy events calendar including weddings and other high profile events.
The role.
* Head Chef of busy 200 cover restaurant operating from two kitchens.
* Responsible for devising menus in line with management expectations.
* Responsible for ordering and stock control for both kitchens including weekly reporting of G.Ps and loss prevention.
The Candidate
* A young dynamic forward thinking head chef or second chef with an eye for detail and a flair for devising menus.
* Highly organised due to the large number of events during the summer months.
* A team player can who keep a team of seven chefs motivated when the pressure is on.
This opportunity is an excellent opportunity to make a footprint at a major venue.
Wages negotiable depending on experience, accommodation can be included in the package. In addition we offer a desirable bonus package with a posibilty of equity participation within the company.
