In cooperation with the Institute for Leadership & Management (ILM) we are running some FULLY FUNDED ABSOLUTELY FREE Level 3 courses in First Line Management.
Please note that all funding will come directly to us as a provider from the Learning & Skills Council – this is totally FREE to you and would normally cost in the region of GBP1000.
This is a short, flexible programme which provides an introduction to the wide range of responsibilities of the First Line Manager. The programme covers various topics such as Time Management, Delegation, Motivation, Problem Solving Skills, Planning Change, Giving & Receiving Feedback. If you are responsible for a team(s) of people then this programme is ideal as part of your ongoing development.
