This well-established Legal Consultancy was established in July 1997 to provide quality legal support staff. Two years ago, they started a Banking Secretarial Support desk - they now have clients making up some of the biggest names in the Banking & Finance marketplace. Everyone is highly motivated, professional and treated like an adult, hence the company can boast low staff turnover. The newly refurbished offices featuring flat screen monitors help to offer a good working culture.
This particular market is fast-paced and therefore placements have a quick turnaround. You will be working an existing Banking Secretarial desk, with warm clients and candidates, and given a lot of autonomy. The clients are unforgiving, so there is no room for error- you must be smart, professional and able to deal with investment banks. You will also need to be someone who can hit the ground running - experienced and well motivated. The company will offer training and support, but not hand holding - you should be upmarket and polished.
