FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR A BANK IN THE CITY
Corporate Front of House Manager required for a high profile bank based in the City. The client is a high profile contractor and the position is based in the City. The role is Monday - Friday daytime hours on a rota basis. In return my client will offer a salary up to GBP34,000 + lunch + uniform.
WHAT MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR
* Must have previous manager experience – ideally from 5 start hotel, airlines, cruise Line or other Corporate or contractor.
* Deputy position, as manager for every single department will go in a specific buildings;
* Working with other contractors who run housekeeping and security.
* They are looking for candidates who have a strong service background, MUST have knowledge of catering.
* Excellent communication skills – Fluent English, written and spoken.
* Articulate communication and initiative toward new projects
* Immaculately presented and professional approach!

THE JOB DISCRIPTION
* To deliver a highly customer focused service to the business units occupying the property, including Reception, Audio Visual Services, Concierge, Loading Bay, Event Management and Hospitality.
* Overseeing onsite catering deliver, with full financial accountability
* The provide a high level of support and assistance to the Front of House Manager (level 1/2) and Group Property, to ensure effective and efficient management of specified service suppliers.
* To work in partnership with the wider team to deliver an excellent standard of customer care whilst also continually identifying and implementing quality improvements that will impact positively on the customer experience.
* To ensure that all activities within the Front of House area of responsibility are fully compliant with the Health and Safety, Fire and Statutory Regulations, whilst also complying with company and client's processes and procedures.
* Managing partner supplier performance in Housekeeping/Security to high standards.
* Proactive, working closely to the Reception Team and liaising with all the other appropriate departments in order to provide the best assistance;
SALARY
From GBP30.000 to GBP34,000, lunch and uniform.
