Receptionist Pa required for Estate Agent in East London
Remax Premier Estate Agent based in Brick Lane requires a Receptionist/PA to work full or part time.
You will require to have a good knowledge of the following:
* Very good IT knowledge
* Good estate agent knowledge- (benefitial)
* Diary Management
* General Business Correspondence
* Exceptional proof reading, editing skills and spelling
* Attending meetings when necessary
* Arrange property veiwings
* Responding to client queries via email and on the phone
* Coordinating and arranging associate meetings.
Skills and requirements:
- must be computer literate and have knowledge of word, excel, powerpoint, email and the internet
- good administration and organizational skills
- self motivated and pro active
- previous office experience
- fluent in written and spoken English
