Risk Assessment Temporary Receptionist 8.50 per hour


Our client a Global Risk Assessment company is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join them at their large corporate offices. They are looking for an out-going, confident, personable individual, who has a very professional and welcoming manner with solid experience.
Candidates must be smartly presented (suit), professional and welcoming. The reception must be manned at all times, so when organising catering and teas and coffees for meetings you must get cover or ask the administrators for help. The reception can get busy at certain times during the day because of the links with overseas.
Main duties:
* Answering a very busy switchboard
* Updating computer database
* Greeting guests and ensuring they are directed appropriately
* Ordering lunches
* Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
* Checking visitors passes
* Assisting with internal and external enquiries
* Passing on telephone messages
* Meeting room bookings and preparation of refreshment requirements
* Sorting post
* Ad hoc admin tasks
* Booking couriers and taking in deliveries
