Temporary Project Secretaries for Architects 10 per hour
A well known architects need two Project Secretaries to join them in their traditional Central London offices. Our client is looking for confident, personable individuals, who have solid experience working within a demanding office environment.
Main duties:
* Answering phones
* Typing letters and documents for specific projects
* Minute taking
* Updating computer database
* Assisting with internal and external enquiries
* Meeting room bookings
* Ad hoc admin tasks
* Diary management – scheduling meetings, conference calls and external seminars
* Maintain filing and library system
* Booking couriers and taking in deliveries
Key Skills:
* Must be able to handle a busy workload and prioritise
* Flexibility and willingness to assist other members of the admin team
* To work independently and to tight deadlines
* Ability to use initiative and be pro-active
* Good communication skills and a polite and clear telephone manner essential
* Competent with Microsoft Office applications and PC's in general
