Team Secretary
PMP is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic office secretary to provide admin support to approx 14 consultants at differing levels of seniority and dependency. You will need to be highly competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have the ability to cope with a variety of admin duties and have a flexible, can do attitude.
Duties include: -
* Formatting/editing proposals, reports and correspondence
* Pdf'ing documents and reports as and when required.
* Collate and bind reports, proposals and other large documents.
* Prepare presentations on PowerPoint.
* Proof read reports and documents as and when required.
* Photocopy documents as and when required.
* Assist and liaise with other members of the admin support team
In the absence of the administrator/receptionist, carry out the following tasks:
* Arrange couriers as required for urgent documents where appropriate
* Organise meetings and appointments
* Co-ordinate travel arrangements for consultants.

Salary :- GBP22-26K depending on experience
