Current Opportunities
Roles: 3rd Line Microsoft Network Support and Project Engineers (x3)
Type: Permanent/ongoing contract
Reporting to: Technical Manager
Location: Putney or Soho, London
Rate: Circa GBP24,000 to GBP32,000 (depending on role and experience) plus holiday &financial; & training benefits.
Core Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the experience and skills to support the following job responsibilities.
Technical Support and Incident Management:
* Client communication
* Phone/email/remote support
* 3rd line support
* Network administration
* Escalation management
* Supporting additional support teams
* Ensuring job management protocols are followed
* Ticket completion
* Ensuring deadlines are met
Project Execution:
* Work with projects managers to determine needs, set priorities, create project plans and determine schedules.
* Implement standards as defined by Green Fields.
* Project implementation.
Research, Documentation and Administration:
* Technical design and documentation
* Product and service research
Minimal Requirements:

* MCSE
* Extensive experience in Microsoft Server 2000 and 2003
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to communicate technical issues to all levels
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in a commercial environment
* Ability to work in the UK
Beneficial Qualifications:
* MCP(s)
* Cisco certifications
* Experience in virtualization, security, network design and availability solutions
* Previous experience in a network support company
* Passion for Guitar Hero and Nintendo Wii
