Pr and Marketing Administrator required for World s Biggest


Are you super-organised and passionate about beauty? Then this role could be for you. The Urban Retreat in-house Press and Marketing team, URPR, are looking for a PR and Marketing Administrator who is competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with an ability to multitask in this fast-paced and fun office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Develop knowledge of the UK beauty media: keep up to date with which journalists write for which magazines, know the major publishing houses and what they publish/where they are located
* Review all relevant media
* Maintain media lists (databases)
* Organise mail-outs, bikes, stationary requirements
* Ensure minutes are taken at all client meetings and emailed to the client on the same day
* Update reports every day and ensure they are ready on a monthly basis for the UR Management Team meetings
* Scan all press cuttings on the day they appear and display in an orderly manner
* Generate weekly reports for database and marketing activity across the company
* Provide ad hoc assistance to miscellaneous projects including research and travel arrangements when necessary
* Issue memos to ensure that marketing initiatives are communicated within the company
* Monthly collateral checks and inventory management
* Event support
