Product Consultant 30,000 per annum plus benefits
Based in Canary Wharf this international provider of financial market intelligence is seeking a product specialist to support the client base of the structured finance team.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for all aspects of client support, including product training (on site and via email and telephone), building client relationships, resolve and troubleshoot issues. A large part of the role will include analysing and communicating client concerns, documenting recommendations on the client's behalf.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar post, be educated to degree level (Finance, Economics or equivalent) have knowledge of fundamental data or financial modelling. The ability to communicate with people face to face, large groups and remotely is a must as is being a self starter able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Please note this is a permanent position, and applicants on a VISA must be eligible to work in the UK for a minimum of 4 years.
A second European language (French, German) is desirable.
Salary of GBP30,000 per annum benefits.
