Quality Assurance Operations Manager
A leading Health Regulatory Body is seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Manager with contract management experience to co-ordinate communication and liaison between QA suppliers and the company in line with Service Level Agreement.
This will be an extremely rewarding, challenging and diverse role for the right candidate! You will be responsible for arranging and facilitating contract monitoring meetings, establish and maintain a database for approved programmes in conjunction with QA suppliers and plan, forecast and monitor budget for QA related activity in liaison with the standards and Registration Manager.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of Contract Management and a background in a quality assurance environment. A substantial experience of managing operational processes and systems is also required.
