Office Support Administartor
Administrator is required for a hardworking office in a small niche business, located in SW London. As a successful candidate you will you have a strong personality, easy going, open to challenges, willing to learn, with good sense of humour. You will also be good at multitasking with a proactive and can do attitude.
The role is to take full responsibility for the administration tasks of the organisation, ensuring a seamless operation. Providing full support to the MD,
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to deal with people at all levels
* Strong computer literacy: good working knowledge of
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Publisher,
Power- point
* Accurate and methodical
* A proven track record in administration, secretarial and
project work, ideally gained with a small to medium sized
company
* Well organized, literate, good with grammar, eye for design,
happy with routine administration but able to manage own
projects and work on own initiative
* Able to work in small environment, sometimes alone
* Stability in past work history.
