Mobile Maintenance Carpenter
A mobile maintenance Carpenter is required to work for a nationwide contractor based in Tower Hamlets
You will be carrying out full carpentry duties within domestic properties throughout the Tower Hamlets borough.
You will be working in a variety of residential properties (voids, occupieds) predominantly carrying out 2nd fix works duties.
City and Guilds is essential, as is experience on domestic maintenance.
Own tools and transport are also required (a van maybe provided, this is based on completing initial probation)
A c.v is prefered but not essential. A minimum of two references are also required.
This is a temp to perm role. 40 hours minimum at GBP14 per hour
