Adminstration officer

Tuesdays and Thursdays
Working in Mngt information systems dpt
9-5pm
3 months initially
The Administrator would:
Take minutes of team and management meetings.
Maintain the tasks calendar and issues list.
Respond to enquires from programme area staff.
Assist the Database Administrator and undertake some database work.
Liaise with staff requesting reports and document the process.
The Administrator would need:
· A typing speed of at least 45 wpm
· Good Word and Excel skills (Access skills would also be desirable)
· Good organisational skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work as a team
· Ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
· Experience of the FE section preferred
