This is a rare opportunity to work sociable hours, Monday to Friday with NO weekend work. This is a fantastic role that will suit an aspiring Fitness Manager or a Senior Fitness Instructor with a strong personality and passion for the product with the ability to deliver on high service levels to the members within a small corporate fitness facility. You must be able to generate and implement new ideas to help increase the usage and improve retention, contributing to the development of the site.
As well as being hands on by performing fitness inductions and prescribing exercise programs, you will provide weekly management reports and make recommendations for the benefit of the fitness facility. Therefore the successful fitness professional must have strong administration and time management skills. It is essential that you have at least 12 months fitness instructor experience that preferably involved supervisory responsibilities.
