Pa required for dynamic make up academy

We are a thriving hair and make up training Academy in central London. We currently run courses in Hair styling and make up artistry for those who wish a career in the freelance fashion and photograpy industry.
The academy has more than 20 top artists on its books teaching the most up to date styles and techniques. Because of the high demand for our courses we are seeking a part time PA to help run this busy academy
The Academy is looking for someone with previous working freelance make up experience and this is a must - applicants with good portfolios will have an advantage. The successful applicants duties will include answering calls, giving information, booking students, taking payments, closing and opening of the studio and general administration such as emails and receipts. At times the applicant will be in classes assisting our artists and students making sure they have everything they need. As part of these duties this person will at times be involved in coordinating fashion shows and booking students on shoots etc. This person will be needed 2 days a week with the prospect of more days in the future.
