Reports to General Manager.
Main responsibilities
Office/clinic management
manage relationships with suppliers
manage office and clinic diaries
maintain office and client supplies
manage telephone systems and equipment support
manage IT consultant
telephone and email client bookings
manage incoming general enquiries
manage Electronic client records system
Ensure database and diary is managed efficiently by admin team
maintain relationship with finance team, handing over invoices and purchase orders
oversee client bookings, including client services (cars, hotels, lunches)
monitor and track client feedback
Corporate clients – account management role
Office Assistant will report to you for all office functions (for medical functions, Office Assistant will report to Medical Secretary/Office Manager)
Medical Secretary/Office Manager will report to you for all office functions (for medical functions, MS/OM will report to Medical Director)
Education, experience and skills
Office management experience essential.
IT skills essential: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent typing skills.
Details
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary: GBP35,000 pro rata
Holiday: 25 days/annum pro-rata
