Retail property acquisition manager

SnobFood has launched a brand new patented marketing concept with true global potential – Napket (www.napket.com).
Working for an upmarket retailer you will be responsible for all aspects of new store acquisitions.
Developing the initial inception of an opportunity¸ analysing demographics¸ negotiating the transaction and preparing Board papers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
­- Developing relationships in the market place with brokers¸ landlords¸ retailers and investors to source possible sites.
­- Carrying out initial site finding assessments of potential locations including town visits and site inspections.
­- Negotiating potential opportunities ensuring Company financial and legal criteria are adhered to.
­- Presenting opportunities to the Board.
­- Monitoring of transactions from exchange of contracts to the handover of shell and ensuring that delivery is to a satisfactory standard and in a timely manner.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience¸ with a strong understanding of the retail sector; have the ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels and deliver results.
