8 seater van that converts to sleepover wanted
I am looking for a van in very good condition that has 8 (or more) seats with seatbelts that can be converted on occasion to be used as a camper van for overnight sleeping for 2 adults and a kid. Perhaps this could be by having an awning attached so that a tent can be opened out alongside or some sort of internal conversion - which if this means taking out the seats is ok but something neater such as folding the seats down would be better.
It will be used mainly in Europe so LHD is preferable, and has to be diesel. A large side door (and preferably also rear door) is required to also be able to carry stuff around with the seats folded down.
Engine size should be at least 1600cc and overall to be in excellent condition, with new(ish) MOT, no rust, no leaks, good tyres and good service history. Other useful extras could include window curtains, roof rack, drinking water tank and tap, night lighting battery, site electric hook up, CD/DVD player, tow bar.
