Project assistant


A high profile project team within one of our prestigious government clients is looking to recruit an assistant to assist through a busy period.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Ability to work in (and support) a small team
Excellent organisational, planning and administrative skills
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and delivery targets
Proficient in MS applications
MAIN DUTIES:
Arranging and co-ordinating meetings;
Sourcing and booking venues for delivery of training across England and Wales;
Collating and distributing material for training seminars;
Attending transition meetings and training seminars;
Recording key outcomes and actions arising from meetings and training sessions;
Data input survey returns and feedback from training participants into a pre-defined format for analysis;
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for the transition team; and,
Other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
This role will suit a bright graduate looking to gain valuable experience within a project envrionment. Duties initally will be administartion based but the individual is likely to gain an excellent grounding in overall project management. Applicants must be bright, have common sense and a good sense of humour. Candidates will be required to travel with the team from time to time around the country.
