Employment and contracts lawyer
Authority in the South-West of England is currently searching for a lawyer to carry out a mix of employment and commercial contracts. Employment experience is essential, contracts experience is desirable. On the employment side, the chosen candidate will be required to carry out employment tribunal work, as well as TUPE matters. Work will be varied on the contracts side, and will include general commercial advice, treasury agreements, general procurement and a wide range of terms and conditions. Ongoing role to start ASAP.
