Sales website administrator


Marlin Apartments is a leading serviced apartment provider with a portfolio of over 450 apartments in and around the city of London.
We pride ourselves on being leaders in our industry and we are currently seeking a Website Administrator to join our energetic and vibrant team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual, who has an eye for detail with strong troubleshooting and mathematical skills. The successful applicant will be required to populate all our associated sales websites with rates and availability and monitor the success of web bookings.
You will be expected to quickly gain full knowledge of all rates, (standard, negotiated and promotional etc.), room types, overall company product and our primary competition. You will need strong analytical skill and attention to detail is essential. You also require strong business acumen and an ability to multitask under pressure.
The hours of work are 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and you will be required to rota the evening shift, 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the weekend shift, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with your colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring that the websites are populated correctly at weekends and that the weekend staff are full versed on what's required of them.
