I am looking for a 2 bed House would consider good conditioned Flats in West Norwood, Crystal Palace, Streatham & surrounding areas possibly. Single female on Maternity leave with one newborn baby therefore DSS must be excepted for short term purporses. I am currently on a scheme run by Lambeth Council together with Lettings First in Streatham called the 'rent deposit scheme' whereby they offer the full deposit (in my case upto GBP1500.00) to help people secure a property .
Therefore I would be very grateful if anyone has lettings that fit my needs & could contact me ASAP.
