Sales / Lettings Negotiator
We are a new estate agency which has opened close to Clapham Junction Station.
We love property and making money and have found clients enjoy what we offer and subsequently we have run out of hours in the day. We now seek someone with the same enthusiasm and commitment and a 'can do' attitude to help in and out of the office.
The position is varied and the day will fly by - whether you are on the phone, taking photos and floorplans of property or out on the road carrying out viewings.
We are able to offer high commision levels with no basic salary - 20% of any sales/ rental commission and 10% for an instruction. On a house sale of GBP500,000 at a fee of 1.75% we are talking GBP1,750 direct to you (before tax) just for the sale.

* Be happy to work long hours
* Be happy to work some Saturdays
* Have a good telephone manner
* Good presentation
* Confidence and Knowledge
* Enthusiasm for property
* Happy to work in a competitive environment

You need have no previous experience (experience woule be good though) but a hunger to earn good money and excel in the industry.
