Sales advisor telesales contact centre agent

These roles involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns for clients such as O2, Npower, More Than, Sky etc.
You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products / services to suit the needs of the customer. Comprehensive training will be provided for every campaign.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections and enjoy working in a target-orientated environment. You must also possess competent IT Skills.
Hours of Work
Agents are required to work 38.75 hours per week and be available between 08.00 - 23.00, dependants upon the campaign requirements. In addition you may be required to work some weekends
Required Experience
* Ideally 3-12 months sales, telesales, door to door selling experience
* Results & target driven
* Friendly & professional telephone manner
* Excellent objection handling skills
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Flexible attitude to work
* Motivated & enthusiastic
* Competent IT Skills

* GBP14,500 for Level 2 Sales Agents (Previous outbound calling experience)
