2 or 3 bed house wanted by couple with two children in S E London or nearest parts of Kent to London, preference will be given to Greenwich & surrounding areas.
We are a clean, quiet, hardworking, non smoking couple & we would truly look after the property as if it was our own, can decorate & do small repairs if necessary.
We are specifically looking for very long term or ideally permanent rental, however due to other commitments require the rent to be reasonably low, we can pay rent by direct debit each month if required, can also supply references.
