I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom ground floor flat close to Tooting. I want the flat by 16/05/08, and I am looking for a long term let.
I am reliable, honest, and very clean. I do not smoke or have any pets. I have a genuine reason for claiming housing benefit. I am degree educated and I am from the UK. I have always paid my rent on time and welcome prospective landlords to contact my current landlord (estate agent) to confirm this.
I don't mind if the flat is a little rundown or not well decorated (I am happy to paint it), as long as it has a good heating system and is on the ground floor.
I have a deposit and 1 months rent in advance. I am happy to pay a rent of between GBP180 and GBP240 per month depending on condition and area.
