This is an 11-18, mixed, inclusive, community, comprehensive school serving the pleasant suburban area of west Enfield is seeking two English teachers to start immediately. You should have excellent subject knowledge across all Key Stages. A sound understanding of the National Curriculum as well as your strong classroom management skills. You should be familiar with the English Poetry i.e. Shakespeare, Wilfred Owen etc.
In 2005 the school was awarded dual Languages and Technology Specialist Status. At GCSE Level ofstead was said to be "Good" achieving 75% A* to C results. From September 2006 the school has been full with pupils from Years 7 - 13 including a large sixth form.
