One of the most famous antique centres in London is looking for a bright, confident and reliable Administrative Assistant.
You will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist with internal communications. A part of your time will be dedicated to assisting the Managing Director with important administration and PA duties.
Requirements: You must be a good communicator and be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads. Ideally you'll have previous office experience, a confident telephone manner, excellent written skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and outgoing. Preferably a graduate with an interest in antiques.
