We have 2 great double rooms to rent (1 with en-suite - GBP550 pcm) and the other (GBP500 pcm) excluding bills in our lovely house in Streatham Hill. Both the rooms have king size beds and fireplaces in. You would be sharing with 2 laid back, friendly girls - both young professionals.
The house is very large, modern and has 3 bathrooms (including the en-suite.) One of the bathrooms has a great free-standing bath with a separate shower head.
The house is gorgeous and really spacious, with a lovely big kitchen (with dishwasher and washer-dryer) and a breakfast bar. There's also a lounge with a big corner sofa and dining area.
We also have a large decked garden! Great for parties and bbqs in the summer.
We are looking for 2 relaxed and sociable girls or guys to move in on June 1st as our other housemates are moving on. The house is about a minute walk to Streatham Hill Station (which goes to Victoria, Clapham Junction, London Bridge etc) and great bus routes. It's also just moments away from bars, restaurants, fitness first and supermarkets.
