Quiet, non smoking, hard working couple with two children are desperately seeking a 2 or 3 bed house in S E London or nearest parts of Kent to London, preference will be given to areas nearest to Greenwich, although all other specified areas will be considered.
We are looking to rent long term or ideally permanently, however due to other commitments we require the rent to be reasonably low!
We would truly look after the property just as if it was our own, we can also decorate & do small repairs if necessary.
We will pay by whichever way suits you i.e direct debit or cheque & can provide references & deposit.
