I'm searching for a reasonable Premises/Studio flat to rent, The rent must include council tax. I'd prefer a understanding and private landlord, I am prepared to pay the rent on a weekly basis and provide references.
I will consider most areas including Beckenham, Croydon, Sutton, Wallington, Carshalton and all other surrounding area.
