Spacious 2 bed flat sought for mid june onwards

2 professionals are looking for a spacious 2 double bedroom flat in either Swiss Cottage or St Johns Wood.
We have very few requirements other than we would prefer (not essential) some sort of outside space (balcony/garden/patio) and the rent cannot be more than GBP300 a week inclusive of bills.
I work for an MP in Parliament and my friend is a full-time composer and we are looking to move in mid-June (my tenancy ends on June 15th and his can end whenever).
