Experienced project administrator for 6 months
What a fantastic opportunity to combine your previous experience on projects (ideally Government) with learning in a new Government Department in the Centre of London.
This secretarial/admin role will deal with everything from diary managent, travel arrangements to setting up meetings and organising a full reporting process.
The varied, interesting and demanding post requires commitment for the next 6 months or so and will pay over GBP13.50ph for the right person.
You will have excellent Secretarial and IT skills(MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint). You will have the ability to prioritise and multi-task; you will have top communication skills and a proven background in Project and Programme Management. You will be skilled in delegation and the ability to liaise at Senior Level in this role.
The work is sensitive and will require tact, diplomacy and detrmination.
The hours may vary so a flexible approach is vital.
