Job Role and Responsibilities
Position: Full time
Location: 65 London Wall (city office)
Hours: 8.45am to 5.15pm / 9.30am to 6.00pm.
General Overview:
* Consultants Exchange (CXC) is a Global Contractor Services Company with 29 offices in 19 countries focusing on pay rolling solutions for professional contractors.
* CXC was set up in 1992 and the UK opened in 1998 and because of its increasing growth and in particular the International arm the position has become available.
* The Global Account Executive is part of the international sales team focusing on providing solutions and services to international contractors coming to the UK.
* This role is far from just an 'upfront' sales position as this position is a full service/account management position assisting contractors from the idea of moving countries to setting them up in the UK to work.
* The successful candidate will be based in the London office but will have to liaise with the overseas offices and in particularly the CXC UK Sydney office.
* The main focus of this role, once contractors have been referred to CXC is to sell the benefits and services to the contractors, where commission will be made on top of the strong basic.
* The Global Account Executive will work in conjunction with two Global Account Managers, one in London and the other in Sydney who's responsibilities is to increase and maintain the contractor referrals.
Duties:
General Duties
* To convert contractor referrals into sales.
* To support the Global Account Managers
* To build professional relationships with contractors and clients either face to face or on the phone.
* To run reports on sales activities in the international sales team
* Be responsible for the international databases.
* Report to the Account Manager on a day to day basis, Sales Director overall.
Day to Day
* Speaking and introducing CXC to contractors
* Quoting on services and products
* Speaking to Clients
* Meetings
* Answering queries
* Strategising with Account Managers
* Running Databases
* Organising arriving contractors
Monthly
* Organise and attend events
* Entertain Clients
* Travel

* Good level of customer relationship building.
